Ingredients
Aperol - 1 oz / 30 ml
Bitters - 2 dashes
Irish Whiskey - 2 oz / 60 ml
Let's concoct!
1. Fill a tumbler or glass with ice.
2. Add 1 oz of Aperol, 2 oz of Irish Whiskey and 2 dashes of Bitters to the tumbler.
3. Stir until cold.
4. If serving in a different glass, pour over ice or use the glass you mixed it in!
